wow. •
haven't updated in awhile, as usual. i've been doing a lot of stuff, such as reading wikipedia, going out, watching videos on youtube, looking at cakes, reading manga, watching anime, working (only last tuesday and wednesday). let me try to uh, recall what i've been doing. specifically.let's go back to last wednesday 24/11 went to work with huijia. cecelia didn't go because she was sick. she vomitted. :s i wonder if it was because of last tuesday when we bought the food from the basement. their fried ebi didn't look exactly fresh you see. so we went to eunos and then took the bus to our workplace. this time we didn't get the wrong way. hahah. the first 2 hours at work was okay, i was wide awake. it was when the third hour started i don't know why, suddenly i had the urge to fall asleep. i kept nodding off. i closed my eyes for 10 seconds and then open my eyes again when the card is done initializing. LMAO. i almost fell asleep i think. after a few hours of struggle it was break time. YES. YES. YES. huijia told me that she wanted to fall asleep in the room too. can't be helped; that place is really comfy and quiet as hell. after that during break i ate bread and huijia drank some hot milo. we went to the railings to look at what's opposite of us. the civil defence. they were training this fireman or something. then the policeman there saw us, then he smiled at us like :D hahaha. super friendly. then when he climbed down the ladder he also smiled at us. LOL. fun break imo. then.. back to work. and after the clock hit 2:30 we went back by bus 22. LONG way to the bus stop! and when we were getting past this field someone from the factory nearby shouted "SNAKE!" in mandarin from above. snake my ass. there were none. i would love to see one. finally the bus 22 came, hj went to meet celia at her house and i went home. i had intended to bathe and go to junzhi's chalet with them, but i fell asleep while waiting for my mom to come out of the toilet because i needed to bathe. and the next thing i know it was 11:50 at night when i woke up. hahahaha. what the heck, i missed out the bbq food. but happy belated birthday dude. i bet the coffee tasted great. :( what was that face for? that face means that i can't remember what happened for 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29 of november. :((((( i have 5 chins. have you heard of "sperm whales"? i bet you have, you dirty assholes. but really, sperm whales are given that name because they have this substance called "spermaceti" found in its head and is often mistaken for SPERM OR SEMEN. sorry if you feel uncomfortable please skip to the last paragraph thanks. as i was saying. this spermaceti organ is actually for adjusting the whale's buoyancy. buoyancy is the upward force of an object produced by the surrounding liquid or gas in which it is fully or partially immersed due to the pressure difference of the fluid between the top and bottom of the object. [from wikipedia] if that was a little bit hard to understand without an example, let's create a scenario. let's say, you're going to wash the dishes. there is a basin full of water, you put a plastic bowl (not a porcelain one because it might sink 'cause it's to heavy) on the surface and let go. it floats, right? if not please check your bowl it might have holes in it. that is buoyancy. so basically, the spermaceti organs in the sperm whale's head is for that purpose. before diving, the cold water is brought through the organ, and the substance will solidify. when it solidifies, it adds on roughly 40kg, allowing the whale to dive with very little effort. and when the whale dives to deep levels, the oxygen that it has stored will be used up, and excess heat melts the solidified spermaceti, and it can now surface without any effort. i think you fell asleep while reading this. but at least i'm not posting some fake bull. these are FACTS. and i love animals. like i said if you feel uncomfortable you should just skip to the last paragraph. uncomfortable = bored, disgusted, weird, etc. so.. lesson learnt: don't read content that do not intrigue you. damn straight. cartilage is falling down •
my cartilage (i don't know of cartilage is the same as soft bone) on my right shoulder is wearing off i think. i can feel my right arm joint rubbing on my right shoulder and it hurts. my arm may dislocate any moment. rofl. help me find my arm if it ever falls off.. thanks. finder will be awarded.now i'm really scared about sleeping. what if i toss and turn in bed when i sleep and then my arm suddenly decides to disconnect itself (HERSELF to be exact) from me? GG. k let me keep that off my mind for now. went to work at SNP building today with huijia and celia. they said it was cold but it wasn't that cold to me.. terrence and the rest said it was extremely boring but after i worked there from 7:30 to 2:15 it didn't appear to be that boring. thanks a lot terrence, for getting slots for us! owe you a meal. (and sorry kath for the terribly big mistake x.x) so.. i really love the people there because they are really helpful and friendly. i made a handful of mistakes today (HANDFUL MEANS 'SOME'. i would describe 'LOTS' with assful) and am glad i did not recieve a mouthful from the team leader. huijia and celia found the place so comfortable they almost slept, lol! went back to tamp after work. got our lunch from basement and ms mussel's 15pc mussels and we tried to look for a place to settle down to eat but there were none so we went to open plaza but it was hot like * so we went to the interchange and took the bus home. fast. this is the best day of my life.. i actually met my idol, at the guard office of SNP! after work! darn.. i was so surprised i almost puked over my jacket, disregard the stench of rubber gloves. i forgot to get his autograph. shit huh? he is from taiwan.. or so he claims. your fringe kinda rocks. what the fuck? i HATE ketchup. •
woke up at 3:30 today. NOON. i slept at 4am last night. hahah. then.. i woke up from a dream. a very random, hilarious and memorable one. i hope it continues from where it left off tonight.so this was what happened: i dreamt of huijia, miaoxian and me walking at the side of the expressway, the one entering bedok reservoir. then.. the reservoir wasn't a reservoir anymore. it became an ocean, and there was a cruise there! so we went to look. then, huijia and miaoxian were curious, they went in. i said "hey, it's not nice to go into someone's cruise especially when we're not invited." but they went in anyway. so i told them "ok, i'll wait outside." the cruise had a window, so i could see what was inside. there were 2 pirate ships. one was small, it was for kids to ride on and the other was a big sized pirate ship, like the one in escape theme park. they were riding on the big one. so i stood outside the cruise and watched.. for 10 minutes and got restless, so i went into the cruise after much hesitation xD after i got in, i went to explore the interior. i opened doors randomly, and to my surprise i opened a door that happened to be hosting a wedding dinner. i went in. i don't know why i went in but i did anyway. then i sat down at the first table i saw that had an empty seat. at that table, i saw Irene Ang and Edmund Chen (both of them are mediacorp artistes). they looked at me with O_O when i sat down, but restored to their normal expressions because they thought i was invited. i don't know whose wedding it was. who cares? okay. and then, after eating the food, Irene Ang called for the chef. so.. the chef came out.. and it appeared to be Paul Twohill. i was shocked! Paul Twohill sat beside me, while Irene Ang was telling him that the food tastes really bad, etc. Paul just kept quiet, nodding and accepting the critiques. i was really angry because she was critisizing him as a chef (because i want to become a chef when i grow up too) and humiliating him infront of everyone at the table, and i didn't find the food bad. she raised her fork and poked a prawn. she dipped the prawn in ketchup. and suddenly i stared at her and said: "i HATE ketchup." with a stern look on my face. she was shocked. everyone at the table was. Paul looked at me. he whispered some things to me.. something like "hey, actually that felt really good. i don't like her too.". i can't recall what he said exactly. we talked a lot, but i can't remember what. huijia and miaoxian were still at the pirate ship (i assume.. since i wasn't outside i wouldn't know, i was in some wedding dinner hall.) all of that happened in my dream. they did not happen in real life. i don't know why i had a dream like that, but i am very sure i enjoyed it and had a lot of fun. i hope to have more dreams like that! it's the first time having such a comical dream in my life. most of the time i dream of myself getting chased by something, rolling off a steep hill, or falling off a cliff. so this is something really pleasant, for a change. so, after i woke up at 3:30 i saw many messages and a miss call from huijia. she asked me if i want to go to simei. so i told her to give me an hour. i went to bathe, and ate a large plate of fried noodles my mom cooked, and some cheese bread my brother bought for me. it had mushrooms on it with a lot of cheese. very tasty, especially after i baked it in the toaster. after that went to meet huijia and took 291. olivia joined after, and i told them about my dream. they found it hilarious too. hahaha! then we took the mrt to simei, got back huijia's phone, and they went to eat at Eighteen Chefs. go eat there next time, it's at east point level 1. awesome food. then... this kid there, only 12, he's a trainee chef!! god damn jealous. and then he came to ask olivia if he minds making friends with a staff at the bar. even handed her a name card, and gave me us complimentary ice cream. hahah! then olivia's ice cream was shaped like a snowman, with a strawberry nose and raisins as eyes and buttons. so sweet huh! they just met too. LOL. i think that guy fell in love with olivia at first sight. after we left, we went to pet safari. we saw really cute animals! there we 3 guinea pigs (not little pigs) and they had really messy fur. like out of bed hair. hahaha. so cute!! and then we saw a really BIG male husky. my goodness.. he was handsome as hell. huge, and really smart looking. then we went to look at the puppies. we saw toy poodles.. chihuahuas (with hair) and a mini dachshund. they were all cute! and a samoyed and yellow labrador retriever.. either a yellow labrador retriever or a golden retriever. i couldn't tell. man.. i wish hdb flats allowed big and majestic dogs. :c i love big dogs. after that we went back to tampines. i got some finger food and we went to huijia's house. watched saw v. it was disgusting as usual. hahaha. then celia came. watched some scenes from hotshot, then they had their pedicure / manicure session. not me, but i helped celia put pink on her fingers. what now? •
i'm updating my blog now because my mom wants to get the address for SPCA.de facto, my rabbit (Jack) has been ill for quite some time. it was sudden, and till today i still can't think of a reason why his legs became weak. if i am not wrong, it started roughly a month ago. that's where his left hind leg became really weak. you know how rabbits look like, right? their hind legs are like the ones of a kangaroo. curved and supporting their bodies. yeah. so picture that in your mind.. but Jack's left hind leg is not bend. it's straight. because it's so weak it's just following the terrain. how do i explain this.. okay it's as if the hind leg is straight out. geddit? and slowly his left fore leg became like that, and then his right hind leg and fore leg. it is saddening and heartbreaking to look at him like that. i want to help him, but i don't know how to. sometimes i wonder if it's painful. and because he can't move right now, he stays stationary at one spot; we have to put the food on the base of the cage (not in the bowl anymore) and put a saucer of water beside, or else he wouldn't be able to eat nor drink. his legs can't support him anymore. i don't understand why this is happening. we didn't abuse him and he didn't fall from any high places, so what's this? what's the message? "god is a kid and likes to play games"? or should i conclude that there is no god? first, you took away my first pet rabbit, Sunshine, who had a tumor on his leg. to those who came to the barbeque yesterday (19 November 2008):a very very big thank you for making time to join us at the barbeque. we hope you had fun + enjoyed the food there. i hope the chicken wings were cooked enough and not medium-rare. although there are a handful of those.. but don't get mad because we're really not professionals at starting fires / making sure the food is ready and safe to eat. but i really hope none of you got diahorrhea.. or anything near that state. if you liked the chicken wings and stingrays.. we got them from BBQ Wholesale. so next time please buy your bbq food from there. hahaha. you know what? i actually dozed off with my hands on my keyboard and my eyes closed while sitting on the chair after writing the first paragraph. my hands are still shaking from carrying the really tormenting styrofoam box. it made so much lactic acid gather at the inner strip of muscles at my elbows. Blogthings of the Day:
it's a normal tuesday today! i didn't go out anywhere.. because i wanted to stay at home to accompany my mom. didn't go get rice and lightsticks with kath and the rest. i almost typed lipsticks. missed breakfast today as usual. it happens everyday since i always wake up real late. so i got up at around 12 noon today and mom fried chicken wings for lunch at 2pm. ate chicken wings with porridge. and then after that i still wanted to eat so i had a bowl of cereal with milk. hahaha. interested in knowing how big my stomach / how powerful my digestive system is? i don't even know. it's a mystery. after that around 5:30pm i ate 10 lemon butter cream biscuits while watching Blood+. i stopped at episode 4. i will continue tomorrow. ^__^ when i stopped my mom came into the room and told me that my aunt was coming over, so i switched off my PC and went to the living room. when she arrived we had a chat for roughly 2 hours before dinner. she asked me about where i plan to go to after getting my n level certificate.. what i've been doing during the holidays.. work.. the bbq.. (she suggested that the next time i start a gathering or something like that, i should make it potluck. "Potluck" is a gathering of people where each of the guests invited bring along a dish that is meant to be shared amongst everyone else. maybe we should do that next time! this way it'll be extremely fair and fun at the same time, since everyone gets to be a part of it. :p) whether i still bake.. and i share with her my pissed-off moments at work. she also told me that unreasonable tick-offs at work are inevitable. it's really true and i plan to learn from it. i have to stop complaining and start adapting to environments, people and workload. i love my auntie because she understands, and i'm really glad she does! after talking to her for 2 hours we were just in time for dinner. DELISHERS. my mom cooked steamed fish. the gravy was so (L). and fried chicken wings from lunch, potato carrot soup, and mushroom+vegetables. i love :D. when we finished dinner my aunt showed me the pictures in her digital camera. she went to spain, greece, and italy last week. she took the plane to spain and then took the cruise from spain to tour about these places. the cruise stops at the different countries and they tour there on their own. sounds really fun! the scenery was awesome too. lots of chapels, sculptures, detailed architecture. to summarize it.. europe looks beautiful. and the cruise was huge. she told me about the buffet on the cruise. i listened attentively. hahaha! because i love food xD. pizza.. pasta.. and even a small section for sushi. so cool. i wanna go on a cruise some day too. she bought a small bag of candy and figs. the figs were nice but it was hard to bite. i doubt anyone reading this likes figs. i'm very sure most of my friends hate figs. hahah. only ancient history people like me will like food like figs and bittergourd. tomorrow's barbeque day!! i can't wait!! hahaha! food. *hungry ghost spirits flying out of my body* i am a hungry ghost that came out during the 7th month but forgot to go back when the gate was closing because i was too busy eating offerings. thanks. .. so you may want to hire some bodyguards for your platter.. :s just a suggestion. going to huijia's house tomorrow morning to help her prepare the food~ :3 i am so excited for tomorrow! argh. what should i do? will i be able to wake up? will i be able to start the fire for the barbeque? will i be able to sleep? will i be abl- *snore*. moral of the story: don't brood over matters too much. you'll be asleep before you know it, since the things that trouble you are such trivial and boring matters. this bear watched the cloud beside it as it shitted stars while smiling at 10:06 PM.Monday, November 17, 2008

let's begin with an appetizer.looks like i haven't updated since 11. sorry :s it's the same ol' reason. laziness. then we move on to the main course. lots have happened in the past few days, pretty lazy to recall what had happened. but recently i've started working at this restaurant in serangoon garden. it's some hong kong cafe that the boss of SUMI Yakitori opened. the food is pretty good, so go and eat there. it's called Lan Kwai Fong.. or at least i think it is. i don't like working there so i don't remember much of it. it's like orchard road in there. scrambling and rushing all over the place. it's not as big as SUMI, and it's really cramped. easy to manage.. not. i'm getting outta there after i get a better job. they're only playing 5 per hour for all the shit you do. it's tiring, unrewarding and irritating. there are wrong orders on the 2nd day of work. i got yelled at something i didn't do, i got lectured for something i didn't serve, i got force-fed with attitude from my boss who couldn't get what he wanted, when i told him that i CAN'T FIND ANY SQUARE CONTAINERS. you're fed up in the kitchen? so am i. i won't ever shout at my employees like that. IF i did, i would apologize. you must think i'm asking for too much. i know i am. and i'm not lowering my head because i didn't do anything wrong. why should i get scolded for something i didn't do? because i get paid? lmao. then i don't want your multi-purpose cash. don't work there. DIS. GUSTING. it was extremely disappointing! we spent half of our life swimming through the swarms of flesh and it was all normal, local food. i thought they'd have something more interesting this year... but no. we didn't buy ANYTHING at all. ok, huijia did bought passion fruit juice. it was good BUT NOTHING ELSE, OK? geez. and i was looking forward to it too. <_< style="font-style: italic;">xiao long bao. they're dumplings with stock inside. they looked like UFOs. hahaha, kathleen named it. then oli ordered spring rolls. yummy!! they had fried rice too. the soup was goood! mmmmm. @_@ i hope i dream of eating there tonight. or should i say tomorning since it's already 4:07am. ahhhhhhhh. i wanna go there again soon! i'm going to bring my mother and brother there to eat. hahah. DELISHHHHH. i'm glad we went to the expo anyways.. though we didn't enjoy the food in the expo, we enjoyed the food out of the expo! hahah. thanks a lot for bringing us there huijia!! we love you :] after eating we went to GIANT to get our bbq stuff. we spent a lot of time there. it was a messy place. to be honest i prefer NTUC / Carrefour more. BUT i bought a nice umbrella there. kathleen got the price tag off for me. heeheh. thanks a lot. olivia bought a tent.. she wanted a pink one but it wasn't big enough. hahah. but it was really worth it! 20$++ for a 4-man tent (or 4-woman tent). we got all the stuff.. and went to pay. thanks for helping us pay first, olie. will pay you back tomorrow. after that, went to tm. wanted to eat mos burger. yummie. tried the butterfly prawns. but the butterfly prawns were nothing special. so i'd suggest you to get their mussels instead. we kept joking there. i can't remember what we joked about but i remember us laughing like mad. huijia was un-high because she was tired.. failed at making her high :c hope she gets a good sleep today and recovers fully tomorrow. kathleen had clam chowder. hey. stayed home for the 1st half of today. just left escape yesterday, got a job today. cecelia called me up at around 1pm to tell me if i wanna work at HKC. so i was like.. okay, why not.then i remembered. i can't read chinese. so i told her "sorry, i'm not up for it." then she told donny, and then donny told me to call him. so ok i called him. so the first thing he said was "hello, sihui ah? you wanna get slapped?" so i was "yesoknoproblem" mode for the entire call. lmao. i'll give it a try i guess. never been a waitress for a lot, since i spent more than a month standing outside at SUMI. hahaha. it'll be a new experience, since i'm working at a new restaurant. i'm glad huijia yuping and celia are working too. :] i'm gonna try picking up a few more jobs. for the sake of a new cpu and handheld. <_< after that, miss mussel (cecelia) said she wanted to go get some mussels at mos burger. so i said OK, and i forgot that i need to go out with my family today for dinner! so i cancelled it, sorry cecelia! hope you had fun eating your 1hr pizza. stayed at home watching anime waiting for time to past. went to bathe and then watched 2 more episodes. and then went out. i was really grumpy because of the stuffy weather. it was so DARN STUFFY it didn't take long for sweat to bead my forehead. augh. caught bus 22 to somewhere, i dunno where. and switched to 315 and headed for serangoon garden. it was not a garden, it was like a gourmet paradise! you know, the best spot for supper! it was my first time there. SING. the moment i stepped into the restaurant i could smell chicken rice! soooooo fragrant. mmmmm. we got a really good table right at the end, #33. we ordered crispy tofu.. fish slices, chicken, fishmaw and vege, uhhh and meatball soup. TASTEH. 6: I LOVE THE CRISPY TOFU. it's crispy outside and supple inside. just like barbequed marshmallow except it's salty. ARGH. if only they sold those in NTUC. i could fry them everyday. we ate a really filling dinner, and there was still there were food left. so we pushed it all to my brother. so after he ate everything i called him a vacuum cleaner. he told me that he went to the gym just now, "all the carbo i burnt just now are all restocked." HAHAHA. my family and my bro's gf's family chatted after our dinner, sitting there sipping tea. i was really chatty so i was looking around, and when i looked up there was this poker card, stucked to the ceiling. LMAO. 2 "Hearts" with other numbers written on it. so when my brother saw me look up, he looked up too. followed by everyone else. HAHAHAH. after they saw the numbers on the card they started talking about 4D.. pretty expected. out with huijia, kath and oli today. went to return escape our uniforms (applies to oli and i only) then went to fish and co. express for their lunch. oli and i didn't have any cause we weren't exactly hungry. i had 2 pratas at home afterall. huijia's having a really bad cough but she ate fish and chips anyway. LOL. so stubborn right.after that we caught a bus to pasir ris interchange. they looked at some clothes there, then we headed for the mrt station. on our way there we saw people on stilts! COOL! it's my first time seeing people walking on stilts. heh. they were giving out flyers for an dance performance.. sorta, complete with different sorts of dances. 9 NOVEMBER. can't catch it, sadly. gotta have dinner with my family + brother's gf's family. ARGH. doesn't matter. there's always next time.. i think. after we got on the mrt we headed for bugis. went to kinokuniya and blabity blah i can't remember ALL the places that we went to but yeah we had a good walk; through bugis street too. huijia got a t-shirt (really nice one) and olivia got some really cute boxes of tissue. went to the arcade at the basement. the best part. At the Disco, your songs don't rock anymore :/ ... well, i still like the old ones.woke up at 7 today, brushed my teeth and combed my hair then read my book (AGATHA CHRISTIE: After the Funeral) for a bit in the kitchen, then my brother got up too and went to the kitchen then he almost jumped because i haven't woke up in the morning in awhile. then he sat down and read his cereal. ate i mean. he told me i have to free myself from tasks on 9 Nov and 6 Dec, so i'm prollie gonna set up a new section in my blog for all the upcoming events yadayadaya. my family's having dinner with his girlf's family on 9 Nov and i gotta help him with wedding deco on 6 Dec. wedding deco... as in the buffet for the ROM. i won't be decorating if it's the wedding dinner. lmao <_< as if the hotel will allow me to. as i was saying i woke up at 7. after spending like 30 minutes reading the book my mom woke up, and we went to get the jelly powder and longannnnn :D my favourite thing in jellies. after we bought the stuff she asked me if i wanna have breakfast at the coffee shops but i said i didn't want any, so we headed home. i'm making jellies for the PICNIC! 'cause you like to kill more trees? i don't know. even textbooks / assessment books. some have not been touched at all. in near future i'm not gonna buy anymore textbooks / assessments / what nots until the teacher asks me for it. gay booklists. i wonder if everyone has decided on where they want to go to after secondary school? i'm probably going to clementi's ITE, it's really far but it's the only ITE campus with Pastry & Baking. it can't be helped. i don't dislike it :D travelling a distance to get to school, that is. then my mom asked me if there are schools in SG that attachs you to companies. like, guranteed careers. they teach your the essentials, and the entire thing is funded by the govt. (from what i heard from my mom) and you get paid at these attachments. so.. i'm not really sure if there are such instituitions in SG. if anyone knows of such a school that works in a system like that, tell me. through the shoutboard or hotmail. thank you. that's all for now i guess. i'm going to try and finish JS Season 1. i have episodes 23-26 left!  sorry. i assume that you are old enough to see this. well, i was on strapya-world and saw a keychain that looked like this. i've seen a statue like that on the internet before so i wikied it. i was curious why they made a peeing statue. what exactly is Manneken Pis? a name? a type of pee? NAW. Manneken Pis is dutch for "Little Man Pee". I FOUND LOADS THERE. i'm gonna go there whenever i have $. in relation to that, went out with cecelia today to return the books we borrowed from the library. :D after that, we walked to TM with our instincts, on our own. we never said anything about going to TM but while we chatted and walked away from the library we arrived at TM anyways. i was so puzzled, hahah. 1st stop, mos burger. full. next stop, ntuc. checked the prices for some bbq stuff. we weren't exactly enthusiastic about because it was.. only the 2 of us finding corn and chicken wings. we got bored really soon and i got lazy copying so we went back to mos burger to check for seats. we had our eyes fixed on some tables. the moment this couple left we went there and scotch-taped our butts on the chair. i used "scotch-taped" cause if i used "glued" it means we'll be sitting there forever. lame, but true. don't talk back. after we decided on what we wanted to eat we went to get our food. thanks + sorry cecelia, for putting the tab on you. i'll pay you back your 7 bucks as soon as i get monies. had our food while cecie told me about Detective Conan (a manga she's reading at the mo) and it has a really intriguing plot. makes me wanna read it. told her about 1 episode in Jigoku Shoujo (Hell Girl) but i did badly at it. kept hopping around the story because i kept missing out some stuff here and there. LOL. doubt she understood what i was saying.. but well. watch it, those who haven't. although there's 1 very bad and repetitive part in the anime, the stories in each episode are really realistic and original, to me that is. *off topic: if you have anything bad to say about my new playlist, keep it to yourself 'cause i can't be bothered about what kinda music you hate. "ohh Person A hates metal core, i won't put metal core in my player 'cause i'm a considerate fluffy girl." is not in my dictionary... sorry. because if you hate the music i like then jsyk, i hate your face. but meh, if you're afraid you'll become deaf i suggest you mute your speakers. thanks. *AHERN.* as i was saying. we were eating at mos burger. i just kept talking about Jigoku Shoujo till cecelia told me there's something waiting for us to go. HAHAH. sorry ma'am. blame it on my mouth. it's on auto-pilot today :( after that we went to times bookstore, and then popular, then to SANS bookstore. I LOVE SANS BOOKSTORE FOREVER. (L) x ∞ it's books galore. we saw lots of secondhand cecelia got twilight, and it was brand new (with a nicely wrapped clear cover too) for.. 14.50$. omg, a steal imo! @_@ aweshome. sorry if this post is too book-ey (lol sounds like bookie -_-) don't hate me for being a nurd. after we got our books we skipped hand in hand to this necessities shop in the interchange. no, i'm just kidding about the skipped hand in hand part. thanks. i was just really happy that i got the book! you know, it was so hard to get! i couldn't find it anywhere but there! sooo.. we spent another year at Venus looking at facial cleansers and what nots. hahaha! when we were planning to head to prime for her jelly powder. after another year at Venus we walked to prime from the interchange. i'm glad we have a 24-hour supermarket around our area. got her stuff, and went home. apparently my dad was in a bad mood and.. boom. my mom didn't scold me, she just talked to me that i shouldn't borrow money so much from people and not to buy stuff when i didn't have the money for it (afterall the 10$ was for topping up my card..) so i just listened quietly. my dad asked my mom why, and she explained, and he said "gong peng wei?" for the 1st time in my entire life i felt hurt by such a crude dialect word because my dad had never said anything like that to me before. it wasn't even vulgar! that's the reason why i don't want to swear anymore, because now i understand how it feels to be spoken to in a really impolite language and tone of speech.. by my own dad. he shouted at my mom.. too. cause she made the fan drop. i shuddered when my dad shouted at my mom. he said "anything you touch will die for sure" in a really bad tone. i guess that's what he said, because i'm not really good with dialects. i was scared because for a moment i felt as if they were going to quarrel. my mom didn't say anything. i was too frightened to say anything. i picked up the cover of the fan and put it back. i didn't want to sit there and do nothing, it'll look as if i don't give a damn when i really do care. i wonder if my dad had a bad day at work? or did he do something wrong at work and got a mouthful from the higher-ups? i feel really guilty for shouting at them sometimes. i shouldn't have. i'm sorry, mom, and dad. please don't shout at mom anymore. this bear watched the cloud beside it as it shitted stars while smiling at 11:15 PM.escape to "hell"oween •
didn't update yesterday 'cause i was lazy. i wanted to watch JS season 1.OK, went to escape theme park yesterday to check out how halloween was like in there. went at about 8pm because hj ended work at 5, she couldn't make it at 7 as the time was too tight. jocelyn and co. went in first. met kath yp and at macs @ the interchange, then saw amanda xD she just came back from the movie REC, and told us it sucked for the gore. thanks! nice hair btw :) then when hj arrived we went off by mrt and bus. when we got there, played wet n wild first. then when our turn was reaching yp backed out. it made hj mad but after that jocelyn came to the rescue. hahah! together with wanquan and jean. i sat with kath. then when it came to the big slide, we were like OMG 15M!!! AHHH then all the way up we were trying to talk as loud as we can because it was so noisy with all the crink crink sounds. HAHAH. IT WAS GREAT. when we reached the peak we could see lotsa lights and ehub and all that. then it went down we screamed like no tomorrow for the fun of it. hahaha. awesome! then yuping was on top near the pirate ship cheering for us. HAHA. play with us next time OK? after that we went to look for olivia at the kite flyer. been so long since i sat on rides in escape. we wanted to go in the haunted house but the queue was longer than donut factory's so we decided not to and went for the ferris wheel, it wasn't fun. but we could see everything from there. made me wanna ride on the flyer. sat with huijia in the ferris wheel. i smiled to a stranger. i don't know why i did that either. lmao! when we got off (my pants was still dripping wet) we went to the family coaster together with jocelyn and gang. we almost occupied the whole coaster. hahah and skipped 2 seats from them. sat with yuping. she was screaming in the coaster, hahaha! sooo fun. if they made a higher roller coaster i would play it. after that, i wanted to play on inverter and flipper but none of them wanted.. :( sigh. i hope that the next time we go to escape everyone is present, including oli and cecie. we're incomplete without ya D: in the midst of walking in the park huijia and yuping took photos with the ghouls in there. haha, one of them was a clown, a masked robot-looking ghost, and sadako and her friend. we saw mummies, grim reapers, a devil, and others. everyone was having fun. after we left escape, went to subway for their dinner. didn't eat cause i had no $ left xD. waited for olivia and hj shared with her half of her sandwich (because she bought foot long instead of 6 inch, which was double of a 6 inch. if you don't get what i mean then forget about what you've just read here o=o), and went home together by bus. bye. this bear watched the cloud beside it as it shitted stars while smiling at 12:16 PM. |
